Overview
Our return and refund period lasts 30 days starting from the date you receive your package.
If more than 30 days have passed after delivery, we cannot process your refund or exchange request.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging.
- All accessories (spoons, wax beads, stamps and gift boxes) must be returned together.
Non-refundable Items:
Custom engraved wax seal stamps are personalized customized products, which cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
Please contact us via email before sending items back.
We do not accept returns without prior notification.
All shipping costs incurred for returns shall be borne by the buyer.
Damaged Goods
If your items arrive broken or damaged, please provide clear photos within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange replacement or partial refund for you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect returned items, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
